I really love this song. It contains so much love, pain, joy and resolution. The story of Bill McCarthy’s brother inspired this song. It is a tragic story, but one that McCarthy tells with a depth that can only come from having lived through so much. I celebrated the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2012 with fireworks along with tons of other people on Chicago’s Navy Pier. It was awesome!

Where did your hair go!? :-O

I shaved my head! I’d been wanting to do it for a while and right before the Dirty 30 Race seemed like the perfect time to try it. I’m enjoying it. :-)
