Here’s a list of just a few of the good things that happened in my life during 2010.
I learned a lot about managing my emotions better.

Movie Review: 127 Hours
If you fall into the “faint of heart” category, you’re going to want to pass on this movie. For real… I have a friend who witnessed a guy pass out at a showing of 127 Hours. If you can hold your popcorn and don’t mind some blood and gore when it’s tastefully done and crucial to the plot, then you’re going to want to keep reading.

Crevice vs. Crevasse
A crevice is a small crack or gap in a surface while a crevasse is a large, deep fissure. Crevice is usually used when referring to cracks in rocks, while crevasse is usually used when referring to cracks in glaciers or ice.

I'm a Lead Climber
I just passed the lead certification test at my climbing gym. I couldn’t be more excited about passing. I had planned to take it sometime in January, but my climbing buddy, Jon, believed I could do it now. He helped me practice, I took the test and I passed. This opens up a whole new world of climbing possibilities for me!
