The Sunday before Memorial Day in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge
The sun slowly set on a beautiful day of hiking at the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma.
As I take time to meditate, this is the view that I have. By the way, I’m camping at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch in Arkansas.
Wow, this is so beautiful!

Hiking at the Wichita Wilderness Refuge in Oklahoma
My buddy, Les, and I went hiking in the Wichitas and found some really beautiful areas. We took the Charon’s Garden trail from Sunset pool to Treasure Lake. From the shimmering water of Treasure Lake to the really cool boulder room we found, we had an awesome time. Now I can’t wait to go back and climb some of the spots we saw!
